My lover is like security blanket
Soft and warm to the touch
Keeping me safe from the world
My lover is like a cup of tea
Giving me heat when I need it
A taste as sweet as they are
My lover is like a candle
Lighting my way through the darkness
Their brightness comforting my soul
My lover is like a flower
Beautiful in so many ways
Showing me that life is worth living
My lover is everything to me!
